The details
This series is a seven part series. It will be completed in seven to nine weeks. You will be walking thru a Step by Step process that has been proven for its effectiveness. You will have exercises to do throughout the series. It is a inquiry into self so what I do not suggest is allowing to many distraction or priorities get in your way of progress. Life happens but this is part of your life and a important part.
